BBQ Scalloped Potatoes

1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese                                              
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-WiseDressing
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
2 cups thinly sliced peeled potatoes
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 

Combine cheese and dressing; set aside. Place carrots and potatoes in
microwaveable casserole dish with water. Cover and cook on HIGH power for 5 minutes. Drain well. Stir in salad dressing and cheese.
Spoon onto middle of a double layered 20-inch piece of aluminum foil
sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Fold ends of aluminum foil over vegetables and roll up sides. Place on upper shelf of barbecue and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and additional cheese before serving.  Serves:

Potatoes may be baked in the oven at 350 F until tender.
