Scope And General Description Of Job

The 3rd Cook takes pride in quality food preparation to ensure the best possible culinary experience for casino guests.

 Job Duties

  • Various food preparation duties including line cooking.
  • Maintains cleanliness of work area. 
  • Supports culinary team to ensure efficient operation of all culinary operations.

Minimum Qualifications

·         2 years culinary training or experience in a class hotel is an asset.

·         Volume line cooking experience is an asset.

·         Must be able to work various shifts including nights, back shifts, weekends and holidays.

·         Must have excellent customer service skills with guests and co-workers.

·         Must be able to lift 25kg.

·         Able to work in a hot, noisy, busy environment.

$12.03/hr (*Job Rate applies after 720 hours with the Company).
