Decadence is an evening of pure indulgence with artisanal cheeses and succulent chocolates paired with wines from around the world. The evening begins with raw cheeses paired with wine, followed by a finished cheese dish. The second half of the evening is pieces of raw chocolate paired with wine followed by a finished chocolate dish. Students from the Nova Scotia Community College in the Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts Programs master these dishes under the direction of their Chef Instructors.
