Turkey Loaf
Source: D. West Poultry Plant Cook Time: 40 minutes Number of Servings: 4
2 Cups EdenValley Turkey Thighs, cooked 2 Cups Bread Crumbs 1/4 Cup Celery 3 Separated Egg Yolks 2 Tbsp Table Cream 1 Tsp Salt 1 Tbsp Onion, minced 1/3 Cup Sherry Wine
Instructions: Cut turkey into very small pieces, (remove bones) add bread crumbs and chopped celery. Beat egg yolks, add wine and cream with egg yolks. Add salt and onion, mix all together lightly. Put in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes.
